		To submit your full paper, “Login” is required.” “Sign up” is needed if you haven't registered your e-mail address and information. We recommend all participants to sign up (register your e-mail, password & your information) in order to get various function & service at IEEE T&D 2009 website for convenience. To ensure your information entered correctly, please follow all directions carefully. You can upload, review and modify your full paper by yourself whenever you login IEEE T&D 2009 at My Page. Prospective authors are required to submit full paper (in Ms Word or PDF) until February 28, 2009. Full papers are allowed up to 4 pages. All papers must be written in English. Please note that a registration fee covers up to 2 papers presentation. Click Author’s Guide for Details. The notification of paper acceptance will be informed by May 31, 2009. Deadline for final paper (in Ms Word or PDF) submission is June 30, 2009.
